A Homeowners policy gives you very broad coverage for your

COVERAGES
- Dwelling: We cover your home and any
structures attached for most unexpected losses.
- Other Structures: We cover all
structures on your property set apart from your home by a
clear space for most types of losses.
- Personal Property: We cover personal
property owned or used by you anywhere in the world.
- Loss of Use: If you have a covered loss
and can't live in your home, we will pay the necessary
additional living expenses you incur in order to maintain
the standard of living to which your are accustomed.
- Personal Liability: You are protected
against a claim or lawsuit by another person for damages
due to bodily injury or property damage.
- Medical Payments: We will pay the
necessary medical expenses resulting form accidental
injury to others.
ADDITIONAL COVERAGE OPTIONS
- Replacement Cost Protection:
This optional protection means your home is insured for
the full cost of repairing or replacing it, regardless of
how much it costs. The insurance company will pay the
full cost of rebuilding your home even if the cost
exceeds the limit of your policy.
- Personal Property
Replacement Cost: This optional coverage means
that if your personal property is damaged or destroyed by
a covered claim the insurance company will pay the full
cost of repairing or replacing it even if the present
cost is more than you originally paid.
- Personal Injury:
This optional endorsement extends coverage to you for a
loss arising out of one or more of the following
offenses: false arrest, libel, slander, or invasion of
privacy.
- Additional Protection:
This coverage increases the limit the insurance company
will pay for a claim on items such as money, watercraft,
business property, jewelry, furs, silver, trailers and
with some companies sewer back up coverage is also added.
