All instruments are in an unrestored condition. The condition is noted by the following scale.
  1. Poor condition - a wall hanger, instrument may not repairable, missing major parts such as a valve or slide  
  2. Poor condition - with lots of dents may have minor parts missing such as valve button, instrument is repairable
  3. Average condition - some dents and some surface wear with major missing parts missing parts such as a valve or slide.
  4. Average condition - some dents dings and some surface wear.
  5. Good condition - small dings or a little surface wear but has a major missing part
  6. Good condition - small dings or slight surface wear
  7. Excellent condition
